Per Arizona state law I must have a signed Agreement before I can deliver an inspection report. My policy is to have the Agreement signed before doing the inspection.

Please print and sign the Agreement, and fax or mail it back to me. A fully signed Agreement and a full copy of the Arizona Standards of Professional Practice will be included with your report.

If I have an email address for you, I will email the report to you the morning after the inspection (in addition to delivering/mailing your original copy)."
