Thank you for considering Professional Building Consultants for your home inspection.  Per Arizona state law I must have a signed Agreement before delivery of the report. After receiving an order I will email an Agreement and a copy of the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors.

Following are links to the Agreement and a copy of the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors.  You can print this Agreement and fill in the four blanks/lines at the top: Client, Inspection Address, Date and Fee.  The fee for a single family home is printed on the Agreement: 20 cents per square foot.  See the Fees tab on this website for a detailed list of inspection fees.

Please print and sign the Agreement and return it to me before the inspection (fax, scan/email, snail mail, carrier pigeon, etc.).  If you are attending the inspection you can bring the signed agreement with you.
